John Lasseter’s Reflections on 30 Years of Pixar

I’m sure a lot of my friends have seen me become this crazed Disney fanatic over the past half a year and don’t quite understand it.  I’m here to tell you that it’s mainly because of inspiration.  I’m inspired, motivated and moved by the workings of Walt and those who came after him.

As such, I couldn’t let this video slip by without sharing it with you.  This talk from John Lasseter as he looks back at his time with Pixar is incredibly moving and goes to show that we don’t all have to be good at the same things, but by working together, accepting each other’s strengths and giving our own, we can do things that once were only dreams.  He talks about the wrap party of Toy Story and other films and just how emotional these things were for him and it’s just so beautiful.  It’s a deeply personal video and I hope you are moved by it as much as I am.

Have a great day everyone!!!
