Oof.  First of all, my sleep was not great last night.  I stayed up far too late doing laundry and packing and then had to get up early for my last day of work before the big trip starts.  The day before flying always has a pretty hefty amount of stress.  From checking in for your flight to packing the rest of your clothes, it can be a bit of a mad hassle.  That’s not even to mention that we’ll be taking our dog Izzy to be babysat, which means packing her up as well.  It’s a lot of work to be sure.  Luckily, I chose to spend the predominant amount of my time last night, picking between my new luggage tags.

It was a tough choice. Can you guess which one I went with?

I also found it a bit odd to be doing a bunch of summer laundry in the middle of winter.  There’s something cruel about washing a tank top when it’s 20 degrees outside.  Everything is set though.  We’re ready for what I’m hoping to be a super memorable trip.  We’re almost packed, although we’ve discovered that I am a pretty awful packer.

Like, what is the order here? What is the rhyme? Where is the reason?

And that’s all I have for you today.  We sit in anticipation, waiting for the fun to start tomorrow and I’ll hopefully be able to put up a post before and after the flight.  Well, maybe just after.  We’ll see how the morning goes.  On Friday, the Disney adventure begins and I’ll be sure to take lots of pics and share as much of the experience as possible!
